Gianni Cicia is Full Professor of Agricultural Economics and Policy. Currently, He teaches Institutions of Economics and Economics of Biotechnology at the Department of Agriculture of the University of Naples Federico II. He is Director of the Advanced Master in Agricultural Economics and Policy, funded by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food, Forestry and Tourism Policies, in the same Department where He teaches. His research activity is focused on issues of consumer behaviour in postmodern society. Numerous contributions have focused on the role of ethics in food consumption choices. His research is also focused on consumer satisfaction in various areas including tourism. He has published more than 100 papers on international, national and monograph journals.
