“University education must be innovative but at the same time work in tandem with the business world, this means focusing on key sectors of the Italian economy, such as tourism. The key objective for Federico II University College, through this degree course, is to become a world class leader in the training and development of highly skilled talented individuals within the hospitality industry at an international level.”
Now, more than ever, there is a growing need for professionals working in the industry to possess digital skills as well as having the ability to physically communicate effectively. Therefore, it is our objective to provide students with the knowhow on how to provide quality experiences that exceed guest expectations whilst promoting specific regional identities.

- Courses have been designed and developed with the help and support of industry leaders, associations and professional bodies to guarantee the achievement of at least 50 CFU’s (but not exceeding 60) within the curricular for apprenticeship/internship activities;
- Classes are specifically designed for up to a maximum of 50 students at a time. There will always be adequate tutors on hand and involved throughout the entire training programme from industry leading companies;
- At the end of the course, employment opportunities are expected to be at least 80% within one year of obtaining the qualification.
