Livio Malocco is a Learning & Development Specialist with over 25 years experience in both corporate training and tertiary education. After graduating in Humam Resources Management & Accounting in Ireland, he began his career in HR for The Kellogg’s Company in Australia before returning to Ireland to take up a managerial position in HR for a logistics company for several years. On moving to Italy, he worked for a number of years for Amazon as a CS Training Manager and MoneyGram International where he was head of global TCS training for Europe, South America and India. Using his knowledge as a manager at Amazon, he now acts as a consultant and troubleshooter in the field of e-commerce.
He is a registered lecturer of Business Administration in Ireland and his involvement in education has primarily centered on designing and delivering sector specific training programmes in Tourism, HR, Recruitment & Selection, Business Administration, Logistics, and Leadership skills, to mention a few, for several universities and business schools: Sour Orsola Benincasa, I.P.E. Business School, Orientale di Napoli, L’Università Statale di Milano, L’Università degli Studi di Ferrara, and now at Federico II since 2021. He is also the co-creator of the first ever MOOC “Tourism 101” for L’Orientale di Napoli.
