The laboratory aims to offer students a basic knowledge of hotel business management systems, with particular attention to Revenue Management. Indeed, during the lessons the operating mechanisms of the main operating systems of sole proprietorships and hotel chains are explored, with some hints of Revenue Management through the experience and study of experienced hospitality managers.

Antonio Lettera
Graduated in Management of Tourism Enterprises from Parthenope University He is General Manager of the Hotel Terminus of StarHotels, the first Italian hotel chain, where he has been operating since 1995. Initially, in Florence as a sale manager for 7 years and later as general manager in Milan and in Naples. Previously he worked as a sale manager and sale representative at Hertz. Furthermore, he was Vice President of the Industrial Union of Naples, Tourism Section from 2010 to 2016, Member of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Union of Naples from 2004 to today and Member of the Board of Directors of the Convention Bureau of Naples from 2015 to today.
Adele Pignata
Doctor of economics and commerce at the university Federico II in Naples, is qualified in the profession of chartered accountant.
Hotel owner, after gaining experience in the different departments by covering executive roles and having acquired multiple certifications in the world of hospitality, she first arrives to manage both the properties owned by GH Oriente and GH Santa Lucia through the management company Direzionale Srl and then to create with her brothers a S.p.A. She also renovated and managed, in particular, the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia, where she assumes not only the administration but also the position of General Manager.
Alberto Sorrentino
Hotel manager for thirty years, he is currently managing the Hotel Paradiso of the Best Western chain, he has many years of experience in various types of structures such as the Hotel San Germano in the Agnano district, the Hotel Villa Capodimonte and the ‘Hotel Ferrari in Nola.
Barbara Brunelli
She graduated at the University of Orientale in Naples. Currently She is General Manager at Palazzo Caracciolo in Naples with twenty years of experience in the hospitality sector. She was General Manager at Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo and Sales and Marketing Manager at Crowne Plaza Stabia e Sorrento Coast.
